Ideogram v2

Ideogram v2 is a generative text-to-image model released in August 2024, specifically engineered to excel in typography, graphic design, and photorealism. Developed by former Google Brain researchers, the model is built on a proprietary latent diffusion architecture and was trained from scratch. It distinguishes itself by its high accuracy in rendering long-form, stylized text, which makes it suitable for professional design tasks such as poster creation and brand identity work.\n\n## Key Capabilities and Styles\nThe model offers four distinct style presets: Realistic, Design, 3D, and Anime. The Realistic style provides enhanced textural detail for lifelike portraits and nature photography, while the Design mode optimizes for graphic layouts and logo design. Users can exercise granular control over the output using a Color Palette feature that supports specific hex codes, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.\n\n## Technical Features\nAdditional features include a wide range of supported aspect ratios and the "Magic Prompt" tool, which automatically expands brief user inputs into descriptive prompts to improve adherence and detail. The model is accessible via an official API and integrated into search tools that index a vast library of public community generations.
