Mi:dm K 2.5 Pro

Mi:dm K 2.5 Pro is a large language model developed by Korea Telecom (KT), released in December 2025 as part of the company's second-generation AI initiative. The model is designed to provide advanced reasoning and logic capabilities, specifically tailored for the Korean linguistic and cultural context. As a high-performance variant in the Mi:dm (pronounced "Mi-deum") family, it is optimized for enterprise-grade applications requiring deep domain knowledge and complex multi-step problem solving.

The model architecture features 32 billion parameters and supports a context window of 128,000 tokens. It is categorized as a reasoning model, emphasizing logical consistency and factual accuracy. KT has focused on reducing hallucinations in this version, making it suitable for professional document analysis, agentic tool-use workflows, and high-stakes corporate dialogue.

While KT has previously released smaller models in the Mi:dm 2.0 series as open-weights, the K 2.5 Pro is primarily integrated into KT's B2B service ecosystem and specialized business platforms. It utilizes optimized infrastructure, including local neural processing units (NPUs), to maintain high performance while reducing the costs associated with large-scale inference for business clients.
